Monthly Usage
Office service
- Usage allowance applies only to download data (i.e. from the internet to you) during metered hours.
- Upload data (from you to the internet) and download out of metered hours is unlimited.
- Metered hours are currently 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
- If you exceed your metered usage, you will not be cut off or capped, but we will talk to you.
- If you consistently or massively exceed your allowance we will charge overage at £5/GB.
Business and Homeworks service
- Usage allowance applies to all data both up and down 24/7
- If you exceed your metered usage, you will not be cut off or capped, but we will talk to you.
- If you consistently or massively exceed your allowance you will be moved to the next appropriate monthly tariff.

Notes
- All prices exclude VAT.
- Postage is added at cost + £1.50 packing charge.
- Rental is on a monthly basis, charged in advance, and payable by standing order or BACS transfer.
- The minimum contract term is one month.
- No router or MODEM is included in the installation or service price (except for package examples).
- All services are provided over standard BT analogue telephone lines - the cost of these lines is not included.
- If the line is used for analogue telephony, a splitter must be installed (one per analogue phone extension).
- Service is supplied subject to our standard terms & conditions.
- Customers must agree to and are bound by our acceptable use policy for all internet service provision.
- All .uk domains are subject to Nominet terms & conditions (Nominet is the .uk domain registry).
